WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Four product experiences in one visit.
A D'LUX Showroom shows you the operating product end-to-end. You're not looking at a brochure or a CAD render — you're walking up to a deployed unit, opening it with the resident app, and reviewing the same operator dashboard your property staff will use.
A working deployed unit
One D'LUX unit installed exactly as it would be at your property — integrated with your infrastructure, available for hands-on operation.
The operator dashboard
Review the property-level dashboard your staff will use — occupancy, revenue, resident communication, maintenance flags. Real data from the operating Showroom unit.
The resident experience
Open the D'LUX app, reserve a unit, and walk through the resident-side workflow yourself. Same app residents use after deployment.
Upgrades to increase ARPU
More resident retention, more user satisfaction, more adoption. See next gen features (EV charging, AI security camera integration). Early amenity differentiation for your market.

How a Showroom visit works
A typical Showroom visit takes 60–90 minutes. Schedule what works for your team.
Who attends
Bring your operations team, asset manager, and any decision-maker who will sign the deployment. D'LUX hosts up to six attendees per visit; larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice.
Time required
Plan for 60–90 minutes on site. Visits include a product walk-through, hands-on resident-app experience, operator dashboard review, and a Q&A with the Showroom host and D'LUX product team via video link if requested.
What to bring
Your building specifications (parking levels, unit counts, garage layout) help D'LUX size the deployment opportunity during your visit. Photos or floor plans of candidate properties accelerate the post-visit Lobby Demo discussion.
