Distributor Program
We operate a three-tier distributor program designed to match distributor capability to property-pursuit opportunity. Tier assignment determines which properties a partner can pursue, what level of D'LUX support engages alongside their pursuit, and how property-level exclusivity vests.
OPERATING MODELS
How the Program Works.
Partners pursue D'LUX deployments at the property level. Order a Lobby Demo and secure 90 days of resident demand-gen signups to earn exclusivity at that property. Property-specific, not territory-wide, earned where activated.
ANCHOR BAND A
Strategic Lockup Targets
Mid-rank institutional operators and specialist firms. Properties are pursued primarily by Tier 1 distributors where coverage exists, with Tier 2 distributors eligible to pursue where Tier 1 coverage is unavailable.

Strategic Pursuit Targets

Entry-level pursuit model
The remainder of the Top 50. Properties are available for pursuit across Tier 1, Tier 2, and qualifying Tier 3 distributors. Properties owned by operators outside the Top 50 route through standard pursuit channels and remain available to all certified distributors based on tier eligibility and MSA coverage.
