D'LUX Storage Units – 5-Year Money Back Guarantee
D'LUX stands behind the quality and performance of every storage unit we manufacture. If you are not completely satisfied with your D'LUX Storage Unit for any reason, you may return it within 5 years from the original date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any applicable taxes, delivery, or installation fees).
Guarantee ConditionsTo qualify for the 5-Year Money Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
No Damage: The storage unit must be returned in undamaged condition with no dents, scratches, bends, rust, or any other physical damage that affects its structural integrity or appearance. Normal wear from proper use is acceptable, but any misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage voids this guarantee.
Original Packing Materials: The unit must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials that provide the same level of protection as the factory packaging. All original components, accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or invoice must accompany the return.Buyer Responsibility for
Return Shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for all costs associated with returning the storage unit, including shipping, packaging, insurance, and any customs or duties (if applicable). D'LUX is not liable for damage that occurs during return transit.
How to Return Your UnitContact our customer service team at [insert email/phone] within the 5-year period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Once approved, securely pack the unit using the original (or equivalent) packing materials.Ship the unit to the address provided by our customer service team.Upon receipt and inspection, if the unit meets all guarantee conditions, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
What This Guarantee Does Not CoverUnits purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (unless explicitly authorized by D'LUX).
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, neglect, extreme weather beyond rated specifications, vandalism, or natural disasters.Any costs beyond the original purchase price (shipping, installation, foundation work, etc.).
Units that have been modified, altered, or had serial numbers removed.
This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only for units purchased directly from D'LUX or authorized dealers.
D'LUX reserves the right to inspect all returned units and make the final determination on eligibility for the money-back guarantee.
